If you buy an Archival Methods product and it doesn't meet your needs - it is okay to return it. We understand that even the best websites are unable to replace the experience of touching and examining a product up close prior to purchasing it.
We offer a simple, satisfaction guarantee for all orders placed directly on our website: if you open the box and the product isn't what you expected it to be or you just don't like it - return it to us for a refund, Archival Methods credit or an exchange for another product.
All we ask is that you return it within 30 days of receiving the order with a copy of your sales receipt and in new, as-shipped condition. We will refund the original price of the product (all shipping charges excluded).
Please note: Custom items (including frames and window mats) and special run orders cannot be returned. Be sure to double check dimensions, etc. when ordering these items to alleviate any problems once the product(s) is received.
Please follow the format below for sending your return to us and carefully re-box the return using the original carton we sent it in, if possible. The return may be sent which ever method is most convenient and/or cost effective for you.
