Q. What if I'm tax exempt?

A. SALES TAX is required to be collected for all taxable customers in our home state of New York. Appropriate local sales tax will be calculated automatically and added to your purchase at checkout.

If the order will be shipping within the state of New York; please email (orders@archivalmethods.com) a copy of your tax exemption certificate. You may also fill out a blanket certificate.

We will apply the exemption to your order once order is received. Orders placed on our website are only authorizations to your payment method. We will only collect the revised amount when the order ships. We will keep a copy of your tax exemption certificate on file for future orders.

*If the order will be shipping outside the state of New York, sales tax will not be added to your order.

A. You can register your email in the footer of our website. We will send you archival news, tips & special offers. Please be assured that your information will only be used by Archival Methods, it will not be provided to another company. Also, when you provide us an your email at time of order you will be added you to the email list however, you may unsubscribe from the list at anytime.

Q. What about internation shipping?

A. INTERNATIONAL ORDER shipping charges cannot be calculated online. When you provide an address outside the US you can bypass the need to enter your credit card information as part of the check out procedure.

Once we have received your order we will calculate shipping options and send you an email. At that time you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order. Payment can then be arranged using your PayPal account (a link will be emailed to you) or if you prefer you can phone or fax a credit card number to us.

Q. Can I pick up items at your location?

A. Yes place the order on our web site. In “Special Instructions” Tell us when you would like to pick up. We will have your order waiting for you. *Shipping charges will be refunded.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Return product for credit or exchange. Return it within 30 days of receiving the order, in new, as-shipped condition with a copy of your sales receipt. We will refund the original price of the product (shipping charges excluded). Please note: custom items and special run orders are not returnable.
