If you buy an Archival Methods product and it doesn't meet your needs you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for orders placed on our website. If the product isn't what you expected, or you simply don't like it, return it to us for a refund or exchange for another product.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form by emailing customer.service@archivalmethods.com or calling us at 866-877-7050. Include the RMA in your package for timely processing of your return.

Items must be received in new, as-shipped condition. Failure to include the RMA will delay the processing of your return. We will refund the original price of the product (all shipping charges excluded).

Please note that custom orders cannot be returned. Custom orders include metal frames, window mats, custom boxes, stamping, and other special run orders. Always double check your dimensions and other details when ordering custom items to make sure your order is correct before submitting it.

Carefully repackage the product using the original box and packing materials we shipped it in, whenever possible. Ship your return using the method that is most convenient or cost effective for you.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email notification and the funds will post to your account within a few business days. We apply the refund to your original payment method. If you would prefer to exchange the item for a different product, please include your phone number. We will call you to finalize the new transaction.
