We offer four different sized label holders, three of which are illustrated above, and have listed our recommendations for which size best fits each of our fine museum-quality archival products (see list below). Smaller labels can, of course, always be used with products that will accommodate larger labels, yet the lists below should serve as quick and easy guides to steer you in the right direction.

You’ve spent a ton of time organizing and archivally preserving your artwork, photographs, family archives and genealogy materials. Now take the very last step and label EVERYTHING with our high-quality self-stick Adhesive Back Vinyl Label Holders. You’ll be glad you did!

(Please Note: Archival Methods is a world leader – as our very name implies – in ARCHIVAL materials and supplies. It is important to note that while vinyl is NOT recommended for the actual storage of important artwork, photographs, artifacts, documents or collectibles, its use as small exterior label holders on boxes and binders is perfectly acceptable. We would simply not offer them is this were not the case. Please feel free to get in touch with us if you have any further questions regarding the safe use of our high-quality label holders, as we would be happy to discuss them further.)
