Minimum Quantities for Custom Cases, Boxes and Albums

Custom Museum and Carry Cases:
40 cases; maximum size is 30 x 40

Onyx Portfolio Boxes:
50 boxes; maximum size is 24 x 30

Print Lux Boxes, Binders:
100 boxes; maximum size is 16x20

Metal Edged Boxes:
25 boxes; maximum size is 24 x 30

 

Custom imprinting require metal stamping dies for hot stamping or set up charges for silk screen printing. Pricing is determined by a few variables; size of the imprint, number of locations and colors. A digital format (PDF, Jpeg, etc.); we will need to see the artwork to accurately estimate the charges associated with the custom project.

Charges are approximately $175.00 to $225.00 for one stamping or silk screen printing die/set up charge for an image that is 1 x 3 (inches). The price would escalate as the dimensions of the artwork increase. A stamping charge per box may also apply, but this usually ranges from fifty cents to a dollar or two.

Standard lead time is 6 weeks from the date the order is placed with ½ the balance as a deposit and acceptable artwork is provided to us.

10,000 per size, requires cutting dies

Plastic Sleeves and Bags
This will depend on the yield out of a master roll of material usually 2,500 feet.
